Let's get ready to rumble!!!
Jay-Z has hit the Clown Prince of Beantown with a $5 million dollar lawsuit for trademark infringement and cyber-squatting for stealing the name of his popular night spot the 40/40 club. Apparently, Papi used the same logic for "borrowing" the name (he used Forty-Forty as opposed to 40/40) that he did when denying his failed steroid tests. This seems like an obvious win for Hova except for the fact that Papi opened the club in the Dominican Republic. Will authorities in the D.R. protect Papi? Whatever the outcome this is just another chapter in the ongoing war between the Red Sox Nation and the Yankee Empire...
