It now seems that the New Jersey/ Brooklyn Nyets have dropped out of the Carmelo Anthony sweepstakes. The trade, which would have involved 4 teams and have shipped Derrick Favors and Devin Harris out and brought Melo to the swamp, has passed the Nets' deadline without resolution. Knicksnation is now doing a cautious celebration dance. Although, we could have had the super-team below if LeBron chose the Apple instead of the Beach....
